Six Healing Sounds Meditation (6HS)
 
The Sounds that Heal are the Six Healing Sounds meditation and related postures helping to restore, balance, and cleanse the vital organs. They also stimulate the Chi flow throughout the body to enhance o­ne’s overall health and vitality. When organ energies are balanced, you have a good foundation for establishing and nurturing the virtue energies. This will help to maintain the Chi balance throughout the system. 
 
Master Chia states the practice of the Six Healing Sounds is vital to restore and maintain your calmness and good health by restructuring the cooling system of the body. Because of this minor ailments, such as colds, flu, and sore throats, can be prevented or thrown off more easily. Several psychologists have taught some of their patients to use the Six Healing Sounds in sitting, standing and laying down postures to relieve depression, anxiety or anger; and body work oriented healers have used the Six Healing Sounds to help speed up healing, and the healer spends less life force energy.

Six Healing Sounds Practice:

                  1)      Open Dan-Tien; breathing into, intensify clear and brilliant healing color

2)      Perform Healing Sound movement

a.       Inhale “Color” flowing into the Organ, energizing

    i.      Gather “Positive Emotions”

b.      Exhale Healing Sound (tone) with dirty color

    i.      Release “Negative Emotions”

3)      Cycle Steps 1 & 2 (times 3,6,9,24,36)  

4)      Rest

a.       L/R Eye Movements (EMDR)

b.      Enhance Positive emotion

c.       Subliminal tone sound
